    In these Quarterly Working Genius Sessions, Master Facilitators Bill and Stephanie Lammers will take your leadership team on a deeper exploration of the Working Genius framework, helping you practically implement principles for optimized meetings, collaborative problem-solving, and smooth navigation of work challenges. Each session will include real work scenarios, applying the understanding from the Working Genius tool to enhance communication, streamline workflows and create actionable strategies for amplified team cohesion and effectiveness.

    The All-staff Working Genius Virtual Sessions focus on exploring blind spots within each team member's working genius. The sessions, building on the foundational understanding of the Working Genius tool, aim to empower the entire team with insights into recognizing and addressing these blind spots effectively, fostering greater team chemistry and leadership growth. Participants will gain tools through interactive discussions and activities to identify and address blind spots, contributing to a more dynamic and resilient workplace culture.

  • In this ongoing business coaching offering, Wildfire provides two monthly meetings. The first, a 90-minute in-person session with Bill & Stephanie Lammers and your selected key leaders, focuses on organizational objectives and growth. The second meeting, lasting 60 minutes, offers individualized attention to team members’ holistic well-being and relational health, conducted via Zoom with either Bill or Stephanie, with flexibility in participant selection. This package involves ongoing communication between sessions and allows for customization of assessment and a la carte training tools. A 6-month commitment ($8400 value) is required for optimal results, with an option for a 12-month commitment ($16,800 value) that includes a complimentary Leadership Development session ($1000 value).
